Workshop participants will apply the Generalist Leadership Assessment for Skills and Strengths Tool and Kern's 6-step model to design faculty development sessions. Educators will generate practical strategies that can be used for the development of educational leaders in generalist competencies that facilitate individual growth, relationship development, and system navigation.
