What’s blocking the application of educational scholarship in practice? Following summary findings from a new scoping review on engagement of faculty in educational scholarship, small groups will create superhero personas with special powers to defeat barriers. Sharing superhero personas will prompt discussion and foster new insights and actionable strategies.
