The physician journey may feel as though it is a solo endeavor, but social supports play a crucial role in shaping student experience and ability to flourish. Student leaders from three central region schools will share interventions that improve connection within and across medical school cohorts and build community.
This 60-minute session examines H/HP/P/F grading and its effects on trust, wellness, and residency signaling. After vignettes and institutional snapshots, participants engage in small-group discussions on audits, communication, and transparency. Report-outs highlight cross-institution themes. The session concludes with commitments to action and an invitation for continued collaboration.
